Software Engineers (Quality Assurance Testing) |
| Duties: |
Perform manual/automated/system testing of web client/server & data warehouse applications; Design, implement & execute test cases/scenarios based on product functional specifications; Develop & implement test automation scripts using automation tools; Participate in software development & testing process improvement activities; Maintain clear & effective communications with product management & development; Report testing progress to test management; Escalate issues to test management as needed; Perform testing tasks requiring planning, scheduling, testing and documentation to assure that developed products meet design specifications and are within quality management limits and standards; Create test plans and test cases in the test repository for core product and product customizations; Design and document individual test procedures; Develop test rigs using shell scripts, SQL, programming, or manually edited data; Execute product tests on individual software releases; Accurately record test results, diagnose problems, and track resolution; Communicate with and escalate problems to developers; Analyze and report test results for use by the product team; Perform basic tasks to develop, apply and maintain quality requirements for company products; Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA. |

Perform QA Control Methodology/Validations & manual/automated/system testing of configurations and customizations in SAP HR, Payroll, FI/CO, SD; Design, implement & execute test cases/scenarios based on product functional specifications in Quality Center; Develop & implement test automation scripts using automation tools; Participate in software development & testing process improvement activities; Create test plans and test cases in the test repository for core product and product customizations; Perform SAP end to end transaction testing; Perform regression testing and integration testing for above SAP modules; Validate Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process flow; Design and document individual test procedures; Develop test rigs using shell scripts, programming, or manually edited data; Accurately record test results, diagnose problems, and track resolution; Communicate with and escalate problems to developers; Analyze and report test results for use by the product team; Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA. |

Software Technical Assessment Specialist (IT Consulting Practice Delivery) |
| Duties: |
Discuss IT implementation needs (analysis, design, development, testing, customization/configuration) with IT Professionals and outside technical sales professionals to ascertain technical requirements; Determine specific stage of IT project implementation and project staffing technical needs; Assess technical and techno-functional skills and competency of potential Information Technology specialists providing services in the IT Services arena such as Software Engineers, QA Analysts, Business Intelligence/Reports Developers, DBAs, etc.; Administer written and oral material (as necessary) for assessing technical performance and otherwise assist Human Resources in the technical aspects of the employee selection/hiring process; Conduct competency tests in programming languages, frameworks, relational databases, etc., as necessary and report results of technical assessment skills to senior management and co-ordinate with the company's HR Department; Research software project development in US, assess new technology releases by IT product vendors such as Microsoft, SAP and Oracle and report to Senior Management and HR on technology augmentation and staffing needs; Identify, qualify and develop relationships with company's technical employees as well as external IT consulting resources through utilization of job boards, referrals, user groups, universities, networking events, job fairs and our internal database, among other sources; Collaborate with external Information Technology Sales to ensure successful on boarding of information technology resources for client projects; Develop creative technical staffing plans for information technology resources to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings; Track and maintain records of IT resources, position listings and client status in internal CRM system; Generate technical sales leads via networking, conducing candidate references, etc.; Work location: Suwanee, Georgia. |
| Requirements: |
